My 4 Step Process

Thumbnail Stage

This is the first step in our creative journey together. During this stage, we’ll communicate through email, chat, or calls to understand the overall vision for your project.

My primary focus is on understanding your objectives. This is our chance to collaborate, ask thoughtful questions, and uncover the details of your vision and desired outcome.

This is also a perfect time for a friendly chat to build a connection and ensure we're on the same page.

Once we agree on the project proposal, I will send a deposit invoice. You have the option to pay either 50% upfront or the full amount. After receiving the deposit, we'll move on to Step 2.

Clean Up

Once we've aligned on the objectives and everyone is satisfied with the rough draft, I will take the refined draft and polish it to perfection. This stage involves crisp, smooth lines and perfecting the artwork based on the feedback from the previous stage. The project will start to come to life with clarity and precision.

With meticulous attention to detail, I will make adjustments and add final touches to bring out the best in the artwork.

When the artwork is fully polished and we're both happy with the outcome, we'll confidently move on to the final delivery.

Rough Draft

In this stage, I dive deeper into your project by researching styles, colors, textures, poses, anatomy, characters, perspective, and more. I carefully review the references you provide and sometimes even check out competitors if I’m working on a brand that requires specific designs. This is when I create a moodboard using my trusty 'PureRef' software, collecting valuable notes to help bring the sketch to life.

The initial idea starts to take shape as a cleaner draft, outlining the basic composition and structure of your vision. This is a crucial time for you to provide input. We'll collaborate closely to refine the draft, making necessary changes and enhancements to ensure the final product meets your expectations and objectives.

Once we're both satisfied with the draft, I'll confidently move forward to refine and clean it up.

Finalize

Lastly, we come to my favorite part of the process: the rendering stage. This is the finale, where I bring the artwork to its fully polished form. This involves refining the final details, enhancing textures, and perfecting colors to ensure the artwork looks stunning, visually pleasing, and professional.

I’ll make any final adjustments and ensure every element is precisely crafted to meet the highest standards. Your feedback remains invaluable during this stage to make sure the final product aligns perfectly with your vision.

Upon completion, I will present the final design(s) to you. Depending on the project, I'll provide a comprehensive brand presentation and deliver all the required files and assets you requested.
